Minister of Transport and Local Government Renward Wells is in London this week to address the 31st Session of the International Maritime Organization Assembly, which is being held November 25-December 4.

Minister Wells addressed the assembly on behalf of the government of The Bahamas November 25.

The Bahamas is up for re-election to the council in Category C.

Regular sessions of the assembly are conducted every two years.
