Bahamasair celebrated its inaugural direct flight from Miami to Bimini May 3, 2018, with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Miami airport departure gate

After the half-hour flight, there was a welcome ceremony at Bimini airport.

The Central Bank of The Bahamas has launched its national financial literacy campaign, “Get Money Smart Bahamas,” with the participation of the Clearing Banks Association of The Bahamas.
