Bahamasair has announced that the airline has welcomed its second new turbo prop aircraft, as a part of the company’s re-fleeting exercise. The new ATR 72-600 (pictured) is the second such 70-seat aircraft to join the national air carrier’s fleet.

The Bahamas has received second place prizes at two award shows in Berlin, Germany, at the ITB Berlin Trade Show – the world’s largest travel trade show - and at The Caribbean Tourism Organisation’s Media Awards.
