Friday 15 January 2016 (Telecompaper) – The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC), part of Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC), has announced that Dr. Bornadata Evans has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. A Bahamian native, Evans has 15 years’ experience in senior management positions, most recently as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Spherix Global Insights. She will report to BTC CEO Leon Williams and has been tasked with improving the company’s customer experience and business processes, while overseeing the Technology and IT, Customer Operations, Human Resources and B2B divisions.
