Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Fred Mitchell toured the Grand Bahama Shipyard facility June 21, holding meetings with top executives and meeting the 26 young Bahamians taking part in the company’s apprenticeship programme.

Also participating in the meetings were the Minister for Grand Bahama Michael Darville and The Bahamas’ High Commissioner to CARICOM Picewell Forbes.

Increased momentum and enhanced services highlight Delta's continued growth in The Bahamas and the Caribbean region.

The government of The Bahamas and the Inter-American Development Bank signed a letter of intent yesterday securing up to $450,000 to improve the planning capacity of the Office of the Prime Minister. Watch a ZNS Network report here.
