The Central Bank of The Bahamas serves as Issuing Agent and Registrar for Bahamas Registered Stock (BRS) issued by the Bahamas Government.

In an effort to better serve the domestic investor market, commencing July 1, 2018, the Central Bank has begun publishing quarterly calendars of initial public offering (IPO) dates.

The BRS Offering calendars will be published on the Bank’s website on the first business day of each quarter coinciding with the months of July, October, January, and April.
