The developer of The Residences at Baha Mar, a tony collection of 284 private residences within a $3.5 billion luxury resort in Nassau, The Bahamas, has hired Douglas Elliman as the exclusive sales and marketing consultant for New York and Florida.

Three properties offer buyers a range of living options, priced from $1.5 million.

Owners can occupy their residence full-time or participate in Baha Mar’s rental management program.
