August 2017 (Hospitality Design) – José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup has announced the launch of the chef’s newest outpost of Fish by José Andrés at the Cove at Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Slated for a 2018 opening, the new eatery will feature a design from Spanish firm Capella Garcia that captures the spirit and flair of the Bahamas to inspire and further transport diners.

Organic elements will permeate through the open and airy dining room, which is easily divisible into private areas with translucent curtains. The colors, shapes, and textures of the Bahamian seascape will be reflected in the design as well. Andrés’ concept will also emphasize sustainable fishing practices and promote the protections of the Bahamian coral reefs.
