This past weekend Replay Resorts unveiled a limited number of completely re-imagined condominium and penthouse residences and stunning common areas overlooking Nassau Harbour and the Caribbean Sea. At the end of the weekend One Ocean had secured over $34 million in overall sales commitments for the residences.
In 2015 Replay acquired all 52 unsold residences in the 79-unit building at the former Ocean Place condominium development on Paradise Island. Following acquisition, Replay began work on a multimillion-dollar redesign and transformation of the residences and the common areas.
As part of the transformation, Replay teamed with acclaimed Montreal-based interior designer Patty Xenos Design and Andrew Stirling, Bahamian architect, to create brand new floor plans with modern and luxurious interior design concepts that differentiate One Ocean in the market and capitalize on the views and spacious outdoor living areas of the residences. The design team also created a more private and intimate arrival, courtyard and pool deck experience for owners and guests.
According to Michael Coyle, CEO of Replay Resorts, the sales success of One Ocean reinforces that there is significant real estate buyer interest for thoughtfully designed residences in the Bahamas, and particularly in Nassau.
