AcumaticaAcumatica, a leading global provider of cloud-based ERP solutions to small- and medium-sized companies, today announced publication of its latest case study featuring financial services firm Caystone Solutions’ 80% savings on deployment costs.

Caystone Solutions Ltd. (pronounced key-stone), a Nassau-Bahamas business services and family office firm launched last year, wanted a flexible and scalable solution with readily customizable reporting tools for the company’s clients.

The company looked for features such as multiple currency support to accommodate its global clientele, as well as a flexible licensing policy that let the start-up add users at no additional cost, according to Desaree Romer, Caystone’s manager of client and corporate accounting.

High on Romer’s wish list was also the ability to host the cloud-based platform on servers located in the Bahamas.

After a rigorous search process, Caystone picked Acumatica over competitors that included Oracle, Peachtree Software, and Advent Software.

“Acumatica was part of our business almost from day one,” Romer said. “We knew it was the best system to build our business then, and it would be the right choice to grow our business later.”

Atlanta-based Dynamic Tech Services, an Acumatica Gold Partner, helped Caystone in the initial deployment stages. Because Acumatica was so easy to use, the Bahamian firm’s own employees were able to configure and test a large portion of the platform’s powerful customization features themselves.
Now Caystone’s clients can view their own financials via a browser, a feature that minimizes the need for in-person meetings and as a result, saves the firm up to eight hours per client every quarter.
