February 2019 (Caribbean Journal) – One of the region’s leading boat charter firms has expanded into The Bahamas — meaning a new way to vacation around the destination’s exotic outposts.

MarineMax Vacations has officially taken its premium power catamaran operation to The Bahamas, where it will be operating from the Abaco Beach Resort.

“We are proud to be working with this iconic resort to bring catamaran charters to a new audience while opening up the opportunity to have a change of scenery for those that know MarineMax Vacations”, said Raul Bermudez, Vice President of MarineMax Charter Division.

The Marsh Harbour outpost is the second for MarineMax Vacations, which has long operated a charter base in the British Virgin Islands.
