Jack’s Bay Developers, Beacon Land Development, and TGR Design have announced the development of Jack’s Bay – a luxury property complex and a private club in The Bahamas.

Jack’s Bay is located in Rock Sound on Eleuthera. The development will be home to the region’s first Tiger Woods-designed golf course.

“I am honoured to be part of this spectacular project in paradise,” says Woods. “The amazing convergence of land and sea calls for an equally unique and incredible golf experience that TGR Design can deliver. The golf course complements this luxury resort destination because it’s designed for golfers to have fun, while still being challenged.”

Development is currently underway on The Pink House, Pink Sand Bar, The Playgrounds – the 10-hole short course designed by Tiger Woods’ TGR Design – and more amenities planned for 2018. The project will ultimately encompass a residential resort featuring oceanfront suites, cottages, and villas.

Ministry of Tourism has been promoting The Bahamas in New Orleans at a Pelicans basketball game. Watch a report on the marketing event here.

Bahamas Industrial Technologies has purchased six rough terrain cranes worth $2.5 million to assist the Grand Bahama Shipyard with operations over the next five years.
