H Christian Saunders, president of Tillerman Securities Ltd, has announced the launch of Reign Trader, the first Bahamian owned online securities broker. The Reign Trader platform allows millisecond executions on multiple US trading routes and exchanges including NYSE, NASDAQ and OTC.

Access Industries has acquired the One & Only Ocean Club on Paradise Island from Brookfield Asset Management. According to the terms of the deal, Kerzner International will continue to manage the resort under the One & Only brand.
