(BIS Photo/Kristaan Ingraham). Inter-American Development Bank's Japan Special Fund will provide a $612,000 technical co-operation grant to help strengthen The Bahamas' fiscal policy. The programme will focus on tax administration.

Leading lawyer, Brain Moree, has called for more investment and greater awareness of the financial services sector for the industry to experience real growth. Moree was speaking at the 21st annual Bahamas Business Outlook conference held in Nassau.
