Deltec Bank & Trust Ltd has donated $25,000 to the National Emergency Management Agency towards Hurricane Matthew relief and recovery efforts.

The Salvation Army became the third relief organization to receive a substantial donation from Commonwealth Bank with a $50,000 contribution to Hurricane Matthew disaster recovery.

Director general of tourism Joy Jibrilu was among Ministry of Tourism officials distributing donated food and other supplies to the hurricane hit regions of Grand Bahama. Watch an interview with Jibrilu here.
