Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), paid a courtesy call on Minister of Financial Services, Trade & Industry and Immigration Elsworth Johnson, July 29, 2019 at the Ministry.

The minister also met with US Charge d’Affaires Stephanie Bowers and officials of the US Embassy during another courtesy call the same day.

The Caribbean Tourism Organization has announced that Elizabeth Thompson, Barbados' ambassador to the United Nations, will deliver the keynote address at the Sustainable Tourism Conference in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Access Accelerator, Small Business Development Centre has assisted Cheryl’s Bahamas Taxi & Tours in accessing $230,000 in debt financing from the Royal Bank of Canada.
