The 39th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) got underway with a clarion call for greater Caribbean integration among the 15 member-states and associates. The high-level summit is being held July 4-6 in Montego Bay Convention Centre, Jamaica.
